IES Technologies offers free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders with a total value exceeding $250 NZD. This applies to standard, non-bulky items only.

Shipping Method

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. To request a return, customers must contact IES Technologies within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery.

Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
