10 to 60 sock units, filter areas ranging from 14-81m² with capacities from 3,750m³/hr, the DD2150 series offers the largest range.

Derived from our market leading RAC5000 units, the filter socks used in the DD2150, feature anti-static, woven & seamless construction. Compared to other units that use cheap, needlefelt filters that are stiff, our filters are more flexible that allow for better dust cake removal. This is especially important on static filters (with no mechanical cleaning)

The fan features a backward inclined rotor design that provides excellent flow & pressure characteristics, perfect for extraction from modern CNC's (high flow requirements) & edgebanders (high pressure required). Our fans also feature high efficiency (IE3 93.6%), rated motors that exceed Australian and NZ electrical regulations (only IE2 required).

Supplied partially assembled, these units require basic tools to install the unit. Typical assembly takes less than an hour.

Supplied as standard with plastic bags, there are multiple options to upgrade to wheelie bins, FEL skip collection with pneumatic lids, and even integration to our range of briquette machines.
