IES Technologies offers free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders with a total value exceeding $250 NZD. This applies to standard, non-bulky items only.

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. To request a return, customers must contact IES Technologies within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery.

Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be securely packaged and in original, unused condition, including all original documentation and packaging.
