IES Technologies offers free standard shipping within New Zealand on orders with a total value exceeding $250 NZD. This applies to standard, non-bulky items only.

Shipping Method
We reserve the right to select the most economical shipping method available at the time of dispatch. Shipping providers and delivery methods are chosen at our discretion.

Delivery Timeframes
IES Technologies makes no guarantees regarding shipping or delivery timeframes. While we aim to dispatch goods promptly, actual delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, logistics, or external factors beyond our control.

Urgent Deliveries
If goods are required urgently, customers are advised to contact us prior to placing an order to discuss expedited or priority shipping options. Additional charges may apply.

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. To request a return, customers must contact IES Technologies within a reasonable timeframe from the date of delivery.

Restocking Fee
All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be securely packaged and in original, unused condition, including all original documentation and packaging.
